In addition to keeping the corporate records up to date, I provide a personal in-depth look at our business in a softer view. I reflect on and evaluate issues that develop as our business continues to grow from year to year. I often provide insights into our company's philosophy, it's marketing look and the company's public profile, as well as it's employee selection. As a co-founder, owner and board member, I find that my years in the company allow me to be able to provide a perspective from our client's point of view.

As the company's accountant, I am responsible for maintaining the corporate books, which includes preparing weekly and monthly financial statements and all monthly bank reconciliation's. I also prepare all leasing and payroll quotes for perspective clients, and prepare the monthly self-audit for our workers' compensation insurance. It is my responsibility to ensure that the bills are paid in a timely manner and that the firm is financially healthy. I've been with the company over 20 years and have gotten to know our clients and the business. It is a great company to work for.

As the benefits administrator I assist our clients and employees with their benefit options. The employees have the option to participate in Group and Individual Health Insurance, Sec. 125 Cafeteria Plan, Dental Insurance, Supplemental Insurances and 401 (k) if their employer offers the plan. For the client I can aide in recruiting and keeping great employees by offering Employee Assessments, Background Checks, Drug and Alcohol Screenings, Handbooks tailored to your specific issues and HR Guidance and Compliance.
Each year I offer hands-on "Open Enrollment" to all the clients and employees for them to review their benefit package and make changes as their needs change. This is a great opportunity for me to visit with our clients and employees and make sure that both are receiving the service that they expect and deserve.
